Scientiffic Nutrition's 3Carb gel with caffeine and cola flavor is a complex of 3 different carbohydrates, specifically isomaltulose, cyclodextrin, and dextrose, leading to rapid absorption while reducing the risk of gastrointestinal complications.

During exercise, blood flow shifts to the muscles and away from the gastrointestinal tract, which hinders the absorption of carbohydrates and other nutrients. This can lead to nausea, dizziness, and discomfort, symptoms that all athletes want to avoid during training or competition.

By combining 3 different forms of carbohydrates, we achieve their absorption through different receptors in the intestinal villi, which reduces their transit time in the gastrointestinal tract and accelerates the absorption process.
